This was my first time ever buying a car, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was kind, respectful, and very informative. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything I wasn’t comfortable with, which meant a lot as a first-time buyer.I financed a 2016 Dodge Charger SXT Rallye, and they made the entire process smooth and easy to understand.Special thank you to Amber and Sonny for taking such great care of me. I truly appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Highly recommend!

I just bought a car from Prime Cars and the service was A1. Sonny and Amber made this purchase smooth and hassle free. I communicated with them on the phone because I was an hour away. When I arrived the car was sitting out front and the paper work had already been started. Thank You Prime Cars. I will definitely tell others

Truly great customer service, very nice lot and great selection of vehicles! Sonny the owner and Robert his salesman are very very thorough with the buying process and helping you get the car you want that day! Go check them out and definitely get yourself a brand new to you used car! i absolutely loveeee my 2014 camaro it’s running like a dream and looks cleannnn🙌

I was car shopping and I came across Prime Cars, and Found a Great Mini Cooper, that i love... The Salesperson Sunny was great.. He wasnt like most car dealers, he wasnt pushy or anything.. He worked with me and got me a great deal!! I highly recommend Sunny and Prime Cars, Sunny is a Great Guy.. Thanks Sunny I appreciate You and The Great Service you Provided....

My apologies of being late on review. But I can’t say how happy I am a month ago I prior have being looking at the website saying to my self I’m going to go there and get me a car for a while. So fast forward my car had broken down and I be without driving for a year taking uber , Lyft ect back to work. So when that day came saving money for a down payment on car . I happen to call leave a message stating I’m desperately in need of a car and could please help. Got in touch with Kiara to come in to see what they can do. Met the owner and Kojo as well friendly, professionalism.Kiara took her time went an extra mile to get me approved. The owe staff made this happen they were patient and had worked with me to get me in a car. And I’m proud to say that they made That Happen!! I left with a 2020 kia rio . I can’t say how happy I was it had been a year with out driving and it feels so good to have that back. I thank them so much and let God bless the team for making that happen!! Definitely would recommend!!

Bought a 2015 kia optima. overall experience was good, Key, in the office was so sweet and nice. Also met Kodjo and he was nice. they also changed the battery in the car for us because it had issues starting on tuesday and wednesday morning. if using SECU bring an auto power check or a cashiers check... but overall we had a good experience with everyone we encountered.called in on tuesday to see if we could be there about 30 minutes before closing to test drive. we were already pre-approved with NCSECU. I have never had a have a check or cashiers check when purchasing... Ive always called the bank and they wire/send check for the car to the dealer and its never been an issue. I was told on tuesday they wouldnt release the car til the money came in or the check was there... i understand if it was a small bank but it is state employees and ive bought multiple vehicles the same way, so i had to leave early work twice to go to the bank, get a check and come back before closing. it was a little irritating to have to do that and then drive 45 minutes to do the dealer.

Just got my new car (to me) 2015 VW JETTA from prime cars and couldn’t be happier. Sonny and Kodjo were super sweet and made the process really simple and easy and answered any questions I had without any hesitation and made me feel comfortable. Highly knowledgeable and great prices! I also make cash tips so it’s harder for me to prove income so I appreciate their swift responses and patience. Definitely check these guys out if you’re in the area! :)
